Estimates and quotes
Submitting the form starts a conversation. It is not a contract and it does not schedule work. Pricing, scope, and timelines are set in a written estimate after an on site inspection, and work begins only after you approve that estimate in writing.
Information on this site
Service descriptions are general and are not a diagnosis of your property. Moisture, mold, and structural conditions vary by home and can only be assessed in person by a technician.
Licensing
Maryland Mold and Waterproofing holds MHIC license #106376 and is insured. Certification and license numbers are listed on our About page.
Warranty
Completed work is covered by the warranty stated in your signed estimate. Warranty terms depend on the service performed and are provided to you in writing.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logo, and design on this site belong to Maryland Mold and Waterproofing. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
