How fast can someone come out?
Most free inspections are scheduled within two business days. If you have active flooding or a burst pipe, call the 24/7 emergency line and we will dispatch the same day where crews are available.
Do you serve my area?
We serve homeowners across 11 Maryland counties from our Odenton base, including Anne Arundel, Howard, Baltimore, Prince George's, Montgomery, Carroll, Harford, Frederick, Queen Anne's, Kent, and Talbot. Send your address and we will confirm.
Will this be covered by insurance?
It depends on the cause. Sudden events like a burst pipe are often covered, while long term seepage usually is not. We document conditions with photos and moisture readings so you have what your adjuster needs.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The inspection and the written estimate cost nothing and carry no obligation. Laboratory air sampling, if you want it, is quoted separately before we run it.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Approved projects can be financed with no interest for 12 months. We go over the terms with you before any work is scheduled.
